For all .au registrations, the applicant must have an ABN, ACN, or
Business Registration number.

Your FTP details are included in your introductory email when you purchased your

- This is caused when your domain name has the wrong 'nameservers' registered.
If we arranged your domain and hosting for you, simply contact
us and we can take care of
this for you. If you have arranged hosting with another carrier but purchased
your domain from us, send us an email with your details and the 'nameservers'
supplied by your hosting company. Alternatively, simply use the links on the
left to manage your domain name and adjust the nameservers yourself.

Quite simply, nameservers are used to direct your domain name to the correct web
address. If you have attained your domain name elsewhere
but purchased your hosting from us, please use the following
nameservers:

- This does not usually indicate an error. Chances are if the website was
working correctly on your computer, then it is working correctly on the
internet. You simply may need to give the website time for information to
propagate around the world.
